We list below some details of the way in which we operate. This is for guidance only. We will provide more detail when working with you.

Data Security

We are very conscious of the over-riding need for security of your data. We do not and will not accept copies of any source code to your products; we work only with released product. All data and media concerning your products will be held strictly in confidence by UserQA and will be disclosed to UserQA employees only to the extent necessary for them to carry out their jobs. These data include all details regarding your product functionality, current status, and any sales, marketing or other plans to which UserQA may be exposed.

Communications

We expect to use Internet-based tools to communicate with you. All tools such as conferencing products, file transfer facilities, etc., are secure to the greatest extent available today.

Project Management

All UserQA programs are managed as projects. The following are the characteristics of how we will work with you:

There will be a project manager assigned to work with you from the moment we are first in contact with you.
We expect you to nominate one prime contact with authority to define and agree upon work content and time schedules.
All work that we undertake to carry out for you will be specified in a project plan that is mutually agreeable with regard to work content, time schedules, etc. It will form the basis for contractual arrangements between us including pricing and payment schedules.
UserQA programs are generally run as fixed-price projects with milestone delivery dates for discrete deliverables and milestone payments.
Project managers adopt a standard reporting procedure for communicating progress to you. This will be laid out in the project plan.
